Thank you – it’s the most gorgeous old building, tiles all over it. Might even feature in a book one day 😉
Ooh goody – I’m working my way through the first two!
Oh really? Thank you – hope you’re enjoying them xx
Doulton – as in, Royal Doulton, the china? I didn’t realise they’re right in London. So very cool.
They used to be – the building is closed up now, the front door shuttered – yet the beautiful tiles are still there, all over it. I’m not sure if they still have an office in London – I believe this one closed in the 1950s and now the building is listed.
I’m nominating you for my Halloween Flash Fiction challenge. Let’s get this party started! https://pursuitofanewadventure.wordpress.com/2015/10/30/pre-halloween-flashfiction-challenge-tgif/
Thanks Kristin – I’d love to join in but I’m on holiday at the moment with only my tablet, so I don’t know when I’ll get to join in – looking forward to reading the other entries though! xx
Awww yay! Have fun on vacation. Are u dressing up tonight?
Thanks Kristin! No plans to dress up myself, but my daughter might 🙂 How about you?
I’m too lazy and I bet the line at Party City is crazy right now lol!
Such exquisite artwork!
The whole building is covered with tiles, I took quite a few photos (and had a burst of inspiration to do with another book I’m working on) – it is just beautiful.
